GrowthPedia
GrowthPedia is a free encyclopedia of search engine optimisation: 648 entries that each answer one question plainly, say where the evidence comes from, and say so when nobody actually knows.
Most SEO definitions are written by companies selling the tool that produces the metric. This one is not. I am Vera Lindqvist, I have worked in SEO since 2014, and I pay for this site myself. There are no ads, no affiliate links and no sponsored entries — including what I might be biased about.

How to use this
Every entry opens with a one-sentence definition and a Key facts box. If that is all you needed, you are done — that is the intended experience. Below it there is depth for the reader who wants it, the mistakes people actually make, and the primary sources so you can check me. The A–Z glossary lists all 648 entries on one page.
Nothing here is behind a form. How entries are researched and corrected is written down, and every correction I make is logged publicly with a date.
